I'm planning a South Florida vacation with my sister who recently got engaged (hooray, love!) and who I love dearly. I changed her diaper, fed her, put her to bed, taught her to yell "fork!" in restaurants because that is NOT what it sounded like, I made her cry when I was self centered and didn't want to watch her rollerskate, and I've been her neighbor in a different borough when we both lived in NYC at the same time. I'm having the best time planning our jaunt through Miami, Homestead, and The Keys, and to get myself in the mood I'm looking at my Key West photos from last year's jaunt with my horsehead in crime, Liz. I found this one, which exemplifies how excited I am see my sister and run around South Florida like a fool.
Speaking of... what sort of shenanigans go down on Cinco De Mayo in Key West. Recommendations welcome!
